Although the service and atmosphere of the sushi bar were incredible, I would not recommend the Omakase tasting. I thought it was expensive and just OK. I recommend ala Carter sushi and small plates. The ribs were maybe one the better things I’ve ever eaten.

Ryan made our entire experience 5 stars !!! From the moment we sat down to when we left ! Everything was amazing, but what made the experience was Ryan!!! He went above and beyond explaining the menu to us, recommending his favorites to being so attentive! He also executed the timing of our dishes perfectly! Thank you Ryan! You deserve a promotion!! 10/10 recommend! The sushi and food was phenomenal I highly recommend The Bookie Bookie, the Jessica Rabbit and Ube cheesecake! But you cannot go wrong with anything on the menu Front house and back of the house staff were all professional and friendly- you can tell this place is run well! Vibes were immaculate. 10/10 recommend !

Jordan and Jamie were absolutely awesome. Courteous and professional. Food quality and freshness was perfect. Great vibes inside. Clean surfaces, comfortable temperature, clean bathrooms, delicious Ube Cheesecake dessert. Moneybags were amazing. One up mushroom dish was phenomenal. Enjoyed the Sticky ribs, so tender you can eat ribs off the bone with chopsticks alone. Great music, welcoming and professional hostess. Was able to accommodate us at peak hours on a high top , the chairs had backs so it was awesome and ergonomically appeasing. Would come back for certain. fair pricing given food quality.

I discovered taste buds (and a world) I’d never experienced before nor will forget. McKenzie was an attentive and vigilant host taking care of our needs for the evening with an ever watchful eye and always a kind word for the Brits at the table. Dan the chef was simply amazing. A wonderful experience, service and setting. Thank you all.

Had a prix fixe menu as this was a large group of 12. We were off in a private room where they store the tomahawk steaks and Tuna. That was pretty cool to see. However, I've gotta preface this with the fact that I'm a cooked fish kinda girl! My sushi typically consists of lobster, crab, or shrimp as I don't really like fish and certainly not raw fish. But... This dining experience changed all of that!!! I tried things I would normally NEVER even think of, and everything was very tasty!!! Hamachi carpaccio was the first thing they brought out and I knew I was in for a life-changing experience. I want to bathe in the sauce the shishito peppers came in. I'd bottle that and sell it, wow it was good! The two superstars of the evening for me were the tempura sticky ribs (holy shit they were fantastic) and the Japanese wagu, which we cooked on a hot lava rock on the table. That wagu literally melted in our moths like butter!!!

Kabooki is the best sushi restaurant in the WORLD. The details, the plating, the flavors & textures are out of this world. My mother and I come to Kabooki every chance that we get. Last night we had THE mushroom on their special menu & holy moly... I never knew mushrooms could be that incredible, its a whole other experience. I love eating but this is the kind of restaurant that should be appreciated every bite of the way. Its art. I haven’t even tried their ramen yet... but I will very soon!!!!

A place that doesn’t make you feel like your in a typical oraldno tourist chain. The atmosphere is both elegant and sophisticated with top tier food, drink and service You would t know it by simply looking from the outside in, so never judge a book by its cover Our server T was phenomenal and we left with Wagyu swimming in bellies you feel like royalty p.s the sticky ribs reminded me of home growing up in Hawaii brought back so many memories

We have dinner at Kabooki regularly. When we want to have dinner that every bite will be flavorful. The service has always been great. The servers are awesome. The food is always flavorful and consistent. We have tried most of the menu. Some of our favorites are: Sticky ribs Tom-Yum roll Yucca fritters Zen roll Hokkaido roll LV roll Carrot cake I would suggest trying these. This is a great place for couples, family with adult kids, or meeting someone for dinner.
